CONCLUSIONS

Based on the available information, the Bay City Airport property would not pose any health hazard from contact with the soil under the proposed future use as a boat launching ramp. The shallow groundwater at the property contains metals at concentrations above the MDEQ/U.S. EPA drinking water standards.


RECOMMENDATIONS

Do not use groundwater from the property for drinking fountains, lavatories, or other uses when the property is developed as a boat launching area.

New environmental data or information concerning the future use of this property may require additional health consultations.
