HEALTH CONSULTATION
HANFORD NORTH SLOPE AREA
RICHLAND, WASHINGTON
CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
In general, this Agency finds the data are inadequate to determine that there is no threat to human health under any of the proposed future use scenarios. Additional data (surface soil, surface water and groundwater) and proposed cleanup goals are needed.
The ATSDR will provide a more detailed review of the 100 Area, including these isolated units, as part of the Agency's public health assessment for the Hanford 100 Area.
If you have any questions regarding these comments, please contact the ATSDR. As indicated, the Agency will provide a more detailed review of isolated units in the 100 Area as part of the Agency's public health assessment. The Agency requests that any additional analytical results be provided to ATSDR as the data become available.
