CONCLUSIONS
- Contaminant concentrations in water and sediment from the portion of the
Oconee River in Operable Unit 2 do not pose a public
health hazard for recreational use of the river (e.g.; rafting, canoeing,
kyaking).
- Contaminant concentrations in water and sediment from the portion of the Oconee River in Operable Unit 2 do not pose a public health hazard for sports fishermen who may consume fish from the river.
