1. The off-site ambient air beryllium concentrations indicated in this data (0.11 ug/m3 from theNGK in-house analytical method or 0.08 ug/m3 from the NGK contractor analytical method)present no public health hazard to a non-hypersensitive population.
1. Continue off-site ambient air monitoring for beryllium in accordance with establishedregulations.
2. Persons who suspect they or their children have been exposed to levels of beryllium that areclinically significant are advised to see a board certified environmental/occupational physician oran Association of Occupational and Environmental Clinic (AOEC) to determine if testing for beryllium sensitivity is appropriate.
