IV. RECOMMENDATIONS

1. OPH will provide the sampling results of the well water to the petitioner and discuss the interpretation of the results.
   
   
2. OPH will offer to re-sample the well water for the herbicide, Bromacil.
   
   
3. OPH will provide information to the petitioner on how to improve the secondary characteristics of the well water.
   
   
4. OPH will provide this Health Consultation to the ATSDR Petition Screening Committee.
