WHY: to define whether there is a difference in any self-reported health problems among exposed and control persons
WHAT WAS FOUND: Each self-reported health problem since the train accident was found more often among exposed than control participants. These included gastrointestinal symptoms, fatigue and sleepiness, aching muscles, dermatological and ocular problems, and various respiratory symptoms
