ATSDR to Host Public Availability Session July 26 About Findings at IBM Endicott Site, Endicott, N.Y.

The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) will hold a public availability session on July 26 to discuss the findings of its report titled Historical Outdoor Air Emissions in the Endicott Area. The public health consultation will be released on the same day and will be available for public comment and review through Aug. 28.
The meeting will be held at the Endicott Visitor’s Center, in the Community Meeting Hall, 300 Lincoln Avenue, in Endicott from 4 to 7p.m. ATSDR scientists will present summary information about the report followed by an opportunity for community members to meet individually with ATSDR representatives and ask questions or share comments and concerns.
The public comment period is an opportunity for residents to review and comment on agency findings or proposed activities noted in the consultation. The report will be available July 26 at the George F. Johnson Memorial Library, 1001 Park St., Endicott, N.Y. and online at www.atsdr.cdc.gov.
