Introductions:

Approve Minutes from February 25, 2003 joint meeting of COWG and NAWG, with the exception of correcting the spelling fo David Johnson's last name.

All agendas, meeting minutes, and special meeting notices, will be sent via E-mail, posted to the ORRHES web-site, and sent regular mail.

Fact sheets will be distributed to everyone and posted on the ORRHES website, as well as being posted in public places, such as Libraries, Schools, Community Centers, etc. Lorine will develop a list of resources.

Pre-draft PHA=s will not be released for review in the ORR field office until it is out for public comment. ATSDR will determine if non-ORRHES members (ex. Public Work Group members) receive a copy before it is released for public comment. James will recommend as an agenda item for discussion at the PHAWG mtg on 3/17/03.

Note for Lafreta: clarify how long it will take to get items posted on web-site; how often can updates be made; can these updates be done without having to go thru ERG or the ATSDR web-content committee. When can the calendar be posted on the ORRHES web-site and how often will it be updated.

Calendar of Events

Calendar of events posted on ORRHES web-site to reflect key dates of meetings, work group meetings to include dates, time and topic for discussion, accomplishments, and project plan. The calendar should look like a day planner and be a rolling calendar for at least 90 days with key items red flagged. Calendar should reflect key PHAWG meeting dates and when COC are to be discussed, fact sheets released and/or pre-draft PHA=s released and due dates.
