Community Assistance Panel (CAP) Meetings
The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) has created a community assistance panel (CAP) for the Camp Lejeune site. The purpose of the CAP is to voice the concerns of the affected community of Marines and their families and to provide input on ATSDR’s public health activities. Members of the CAP will provide individual input as well as represent the views of the community and groups to which they belong. ATSDR will consider the views expressed by CAP members during decision making.
The next meeting will be held April 24, 2019 starting at 9:00 a.m. in Atlanta, GA at Century Center, 1825 Century Boulevard NE, Atlanta, GA, 30345.
The meeting will be open to the public, but pre-registration is required to gain entrance into the building. Due to space limitations, registration will close when capacity of 80 visitors is reached. Please note registration for non US citizens closes on April 9, 2019 as advanced notice of ten working days is required by the CDC security office.
To register to attend the meeting in person, please submit your registration below. All audience member must arrive to the building by 8:45am so they can be escorted to the meeting room. Please note that all visitors must have a valid U.S. driver’s license or passport to obtain entrance into the building. Please check the ATSDR Camp Lejeune website frequently to ensure the meeting is not rescheduled or cancelled.
A link for viewing the meeting via internet will be available on the day of the meeting. You do not need to register to view the meeting over the internet.
