Description of the Phases of the Community Engagement graphic

This graphic shows the four phases of community engagement through the Public Health Assessment Process which include Setting the stage, Getting started, Keeping it going, and Wrapping up. Each phase is represented by a colorful rectangle, which is orange for phase 1, blue-grey for phase 2, yellow for phase 3, and teal for phase 4. Each phase also has a small circular photo above the phase title. In phase 1, the circle shows a woman holding a tablet and reading a document. In phase 2, the circle shows a woman bending at the waist and looking at a document with a community member. In phase 3, a woman looks at a poster presentation with a young girl. In phase 4, a woman smiles and holds up fact sheets prepared for a community. An arrow graphic moves across the bottom of the four phase rectangles uniting them, with the text: “Engage, communicate, and share information with community members.”
